CutleryForAll is not liable for order mistakes, but we will do our best to help you and perhaps make the changes at your request. Any order mistakes will delay your order. Any problems email us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For quick delivery order must be processed before 2 pm during business hours.
Usually all items are dispatched within 24 hours once order has been paid and processed.
Item that is sent via HERMES delivery has an estimated delivery between 3-7 working days.
Item that is sent via DHL next day delivery has an estimate delivery within 1-3 working days.
If item has not reached you within 7 working days, please email us to email@example.com quoting purchased model and transaction number, this issue will be resolved by our friendly and devoted customer service.
We offer a FREE RETURNS service, so returning your items couldn't be simpler. You have 14 working calendar days (starting from delivered date) to make your return, however, if you’re outside of this time frame, please contact us by email on Info@cutleryforall.co.uk (24/7 we will contact you as soon as an adviser available) or by phone on 0800 689 0745 (Office hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9.30am - 1.30pm, Office closed on bank holidays).
