Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Of Tableware To CutleryForAll
At CutleryForAll we only sell products of the highest standards and we ensure that they can be enjoyed day after day. However, we accept that sometimes the item that you’ve ordered might not be quite what you expected and we’re happy to accept returns. We only accept if the item has not been used and is in the original packaging. If for any reason you fall outside of our standard returns policy, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, there is no need to worry. We offer a FREE RETURNS service, so returning your items couldn't be simpler. You have 14 working calendar days to make your return, however, if you’re outside of this time frame, please contact us by email on Info@cutleryforall.co.uk (24/7 as soon an adviser available) or by phone on 0800 689 0745 (Office hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9.30am - 1.30pm excluding bank holidays).
How To Return Your Product
Fill out the returns form placed within your original order package with your customer details and order number etc.
Choose your ‘reason for return’ from the provided options to let us better understand why you are making your return.
Add any additional information you would like us to know about your return at the bottom of the provided form.
Ensure your package is returned unused (unless faulty) with its original packaging and secured.
Place the completed form inside the box with your items. Fix your label to your package and drop your parcel off to be returned.
We aim to process all returns As Soon As Possible. Once we have received your return and processed your refund, we will send you an email to let you know. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

With HERMES returns you can track your parcel all the way back to us with regular notifications, providing reassurance throughout the process.
Providing that the items have not been used and are in their original packaging, we are happy to accept returns that are sent from outside of the UK. To start the returns process please email Info@cutleryforall.co.uk or call us directly on 0800 689 0745.

Reason for requesting a return
Once your return request has been received we will issue you with an RCA (Return Code Authorization) number.
We cannot accept returns without a valid RCA Number.
We’re sorry to hear that you want to return your purchased item, but we’ll do our best to make sure that the process is as easy as possible for you.
Please follow the above steps to return your purchased order via Hermes Pickup Point. Once we have received your return we aim to process any refunds as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
Please note that we are only able to offer refunds for products that have been purchased directly through Cutlery4all.com.
All of our guarantees only applies to items purchased at Cutlery4all.com if you have purchased an item from another shop you must read and comply with their terms.
Exchanges on products only possible unless they are faulty, defect, wrong item, or damage during transit. Please note that it will be exchanged with same item. If you find yourself with a product that isn’t right for you or you have simply just changed your mind, the quickest way to exchange your product is to follow the above returns process, receive your refund and order your replacement with us online.
